A couple of months ago, I decided that in order to lose some weight I needed to organize my easting habits a bit. I work from home and I have a tendency to go into my refrigerator at random times throughout the day and pull out whatever tastes good and doesn’t need any preparation, whether it’s something healthy or not. So I figured that I could take an hour a week to prepare a bunch of chicken salad a few different ways, put them in plastic storage bins, and stick them in the fridge.
