female-absObesity is one of the fastest growing issues in America today, and from the looks of it many people are not doing what they need to do in order to stop it. The drive thru lines at fast food restaurants are longer than ever, and local gyms are going out of business. The reason for this comes from the fact that most of America is simply lazy, and cannot find the motivation to loose weight the safe and effective way. Rather they would opt to purchase some loose weight quick product or drug that says will work, but as we all know, will not. Though for those people that are looking for a little something extra to aid in the weight loss journey, I would like to introduce you to the waist trimmer belt, and explain how it can benefit you in your weight loss and fitness journey.

I began using waist trimming belts back in high school when it was imperative for me to loose weight in order to play football at the next level. I needed to get faster on the field, and realized that the only way I could do that was by dropping a few pounds off of my already small frame. The usage of a waist trimmer belt is what ultimately allowed me to drop those extra pounds while I simply did my normal workouts. Obviously the belt would not have done anything if I was not working out every day, but I will say that I noticed a rather noticeable difference in weight loss while wearing the belt.

You see when wearing the belt you are getting rid of plenty of water and thus if you are not replacing that water you can become dehydrated and sick, definitely not something you want to go through.

Once you have begun to consume your fruits, vegetables and water everyday its important to weed out some food and drinks that are not going to help you reach your long term fitness goals. First and foremost soda is filled with sugar and thus will do nothing to help you loose weight or get fit. Greasy foods such as cheeseburgers, pizza, tacos etc. are also on the no no list for anyone looking to loose weight. However if you can find low fat versions of these foods, then it may be something to consider getting into, although once you begin eating mainly salad, fruits, and vegetables your cravings for these types of foods will cease to exist.

For those that are interested in taking supplements to aid in weight loss and fitness their is currently only one I would suggest. The pill is called Alli and it is currently the only FDA approved weight loss supplement on the market today. In a market where so many people are putting out worthless products in hopes of getting all of your money, I like to make sure that I am getting something that works, and is regulated, and Alli is currently the only one that falls into both of those categories. Other supplements that you should consider taking, would be whey protein, and a multi-vitamin to ensure overall health, although they will not do much in the way of weight loss.

Finding the balance between proper diet, exercise and all of the other things that life can throw at you is what causes many people to fold up and loose hope that they will ever be able to loose weight. The thing to remember however is that if it were easy, nobody would be obese. They would simply go to the weight loss man once a month after eating whatever they pleased up until that point, and drop all of their unwanted weight instantly. Obviously this is not the case, and thus we are faced with the choice of whether to keep on our overeating ways or to make a positive change in our life, but tweaking our diets, exercising, and using weight loss tools such as the waist trimming belt. The choice is yours, although I know my decision and I hope you will follow me.
