No matter what time of year it is, people always want to look their best. In some parts of the world the sun is always shining, but in other places it can be illusive to say the least. For those who want a tan in these locations, or those who realize that spending all of your time in the sun isn’t good for your health, spray tanning offers a great way to get a good looking tan.
There has been a lot of press recently about how UV tanning and lying out in the sun for hours on end can massively increase your risk of Skin Cancer and premature aging. You’ll have to analyze the scientific research to make your own mind up on that, but certainly lying under UV lights doesn’t seem like the healthiest thing to do. This is a great way to ensure that you get all the parts of your body evenly covered. This is a more invasive treatment, as you have to stand with just your bikini or trunks on while a beautician does the treatment. These kinds of treatments do take longer and are a more expensive method, but you will find that you get much better results with this method. The problem with booths is that you can sometimes get uneven tans or miss parts of your body and it can make the tan look unnatural.

These kits come in various different forms and depending on the solution that you use and the technique that is required to apply the tan, the results can be quite mixed. You will save a lot of money using home kits, although the initial purchase of the equipment can be quite expensive. It is also useful if your partner is able to help you to apply the spray tan as you will be able to get a far more even coverage.

How To Get The Best Out Of Your Spray Tanning Experience

The best way to do this is to fully exfoliate your body before you treatment. I would suggest that you take slippers or flip-flops with you so that you don’t have to walk around the salon with bare feet.
When you are at the salon, make sure that you listen to the instructions given by the beautician carefully. The last thing you want to do is turn at the wrong time and end up with a much darker front than back!.
After your treatment, wait for the required time (as stated by your beautician) before you take a shower. This will make sure that the spray tan solution is given the best possible chance of working. Once you have showered, you need to use a good quality moisturizer to keep your skin looking great.
