Don’t you enjoy the beauty and versatility of charms?  I know I do, maybe that is why I buy so many.  Because I am an avid charm buyer, I quickly realized that I needed to purchase wholesale charms.

By buying my charms wholesale, I found I could buy lots of extra charms and the items to go with them with all the money I saved.

Regardless of the reason you need or want to buy wholesale charms, here is a list of (5) things you may want to consider:

1.  The first thing I look for is the charm wholesaler the actual manufacturer?  I want to deal direct with the factory; I don’t want to pay the middleman.

2.  The second thing I want to know is what is the quality of the metal the wholesaler offers?  For example, when I want sterling silver wholesale charms, the silver has to be lead free?  Many times you will see really cheap prices for sterling silver from China, however most of this sterling silver contains lead.  There is no way I want to expose myself to lead regardless of how cheap the product is.

3.  The third thing I look at is craftsmanship.  Are the charms quality charms?  Can you honestly look at the charm and tell if it is a zebra or does it look kind of like a dog?  You want a charm that looks like what it is supposed to look like; it shouldn’t have to come with a written description.

4. The fourth thing I look for is price.  Is the price good?  Of course, some times you will run across a blow out sale that beats the price of your wholesaler, but what I am talking about is, day in and day out, are the prices lower than what you can buy anywhere else?

5.  The fifth and last thing that I consider is ease of ordering and customer service.  This is so important.  When you are purchasing lots of charms, dealing with your wholesaler should be a pleasant almost non-event.  Avoid hooking up with a company just to save a buck or two and then find out that ordering or returning something is a complete nightmare.

Basically, when considering a source for wholesale charms, you need to use common sense.  You want to the best price of course, but, as you can see, several other important factors come in to play as well.  When purchasing sterling silver jewlery, be sure to look at the whole picture.
